Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 122

This is a 23 year old female who disliked the way she fit into her clothes.  She wanted to improve the fullness of her breasts as well as the projection in order to better fit her clothing.  She came to the office to discuss her options and we decided upon a breast augmentation.

During her detailed consultation, we discussed the differences between saline and silicone implants as well as the benefits and risks of the procedure.  After a few office visits, it was decided that we would use 421cc smooth silicone implants.  They were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.  The procedure took about 2 hrs to perform and she was sent home the same day.

Her recovery was smooth and she was back to her usual activities in one week.

She is seen here six weeks after the procedure and loves the way that her breasts now fill out her clothing and bathing suits!
