This is a 23 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and increase the size of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes better by increasing the fullness and roundness of her breasts.  After a consultation discussing her options, she chose to undergo a breast augmentation.  Moderate profile Allergan Natrelle 397cc smooth silicone implants were placed into a pocket under the muscle by using an inframammary fold incision.

She healed quickly and was back to her usual routine within one week.  She is seen in the post op photos about 5 weeks after the procedure.
