Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 145

This is a 24 year old female who wanted to add more fullness and projection to her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes without using padded bras - but still look natural.  She came to the office to discuss her breast augmentation options. 

After a detailed consultation, it was decided that she could reach her goals via augmentation with moderate profile silicone implants that were to be placed behind the muscle through an inframammary incision.  533cc Allergan silicone implants were used to improve her fullness and projection and still give her a naturally fuller appearance.

She was back to her usual activities in one week and is seen in these post op photos approximately six weeks after the procedure.  She reached her goals easily and safely, and she loves her new look!
