Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 140

  This is a 25 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts by increasing her volume and projection.  She also wanted to see if she could obtain more symmetry as well.  After a detailed discussion considering all of her options, she decided to undergo a breast augmentation using silicone implants.  The implants would help to improve the fullness in all areas as well as the projection.  In order to obtain better symmetry a small crescent lift was performed on the left side in the office under local anesthesia.  This raised the left nipple so that it was in approximately the same height as the opposite side.  Because there was slightly less volume on the right side, a larger implant was placed on that side in order to try to obtain better symmetry.  Moderate profile smooth walled Allergan silicone implants were chosen:  421cc for the left and 457cc for the right.   Three weeks were allowed to pass between the small lift and the breast augmentation in order to be sure that the lift wound had healed well.

  She healed quickly and was back to work within a week. She is seen in the post op photos about three months after the procedure.   She loves her new look!
