Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 160

This is a 53 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts. After pregnancy, she lost volume in her breasts as well as projections.  She wanted to regain the fullness that was present prior to volume loss that occurs with pregnancies and with weight gain and weight loss. 

She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided that a breast augmentation with saline implants would easily and safely help her attain her goals.   We decided upon using 480cc smooth round moderate profile implants and they were placed under the muscle using an inframmary incision.  The saline implants were slighlty overinflated in order to reduce the post operative rippling can be more obvious with saline implants.

She recovered quickly and is seen in these post op photos approximately 4 weeks after the procedure....
