This is a 45 year old female who wanted to regain the youthful appearance of her breasts that she had lost.  Pregnancies led to a loss of breast volume and an increase in excess skin.  This resulted in an overall appearance of deflation that she wanted to improve.  Breast enhancement surgery was the perfect solution to her issue.  Smooth wall, round moderate profile 616cc implants were placed into a submuscular pocket through an inframammary incision.  The implants provided an increase in overall size with drastic improvement in the fullness of the upper poles of the breasts.

She recovered quickly and was back to work in one week.  She is seen in the post op photos approximately six weeks after the procedure.
