Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 131

This is a 30 year old woman who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  Her goal was to improve the fullness especially with respect to the upper portion of the breast.  She also wanted to increase her projection....all helping her to fit more proportionally  into her clothing.  After a detailed meeting with Dr Cutolo, it was decided that a breast augmentation would best give her the desired results...quickly and safely. 

During the consultation, both saline and silicone implants were discussed and sized.  She ultimately chose Natrelle moderate profile silicone implants.  The 616cc smooth round implants were inserted into a pocket under the muscle through and inframammary fold access incision.

She is seen in the post op photos 3 months after the procedure.  She was able to return to work and her usual activities approximately one week after the procedure. 

She loves her new fuller and natural look!
