Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 228

This is a 25 year old female who wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts.  She wanted to increase the size so that they would be more proportional with the rest of her body and wanted to increase the upper fullness so that she would fill out clothes better.  She came to the office to discuss her options but stressed that she wanted to be as natural as possible.  

A breast augmentation was discussed and she decided to proceed with 360cc moderate profile smooth walled silicone implants.  They were placed underneath the muscle using an inframammary fold incision.  3D imaging was performed prior to the procedure in order to give her a good visualization of what the implants would look like in her breasts and in relation to the rest of her body.  

She recovered quickly from the procedure and was back to her usual activities in one week.  

She loves her new look and her goals were attained safely and quickly.  She is seen in the post op photos 6 months after the procedure.
