Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 119

This is a 21 year old female who wanted to improve the upper portion of her breasts.  She wanted more fullness in that area and wanted to make her breasts fuller with more projection.  Because of the lack of upper pole fullness, she thought that her breasts were sagging.  Because her nipples were located above her inframammary fold, the solution to her problem was not a lift..but was to place implants.  After a thorough and detailed consultation, she decided upon a breast augmentation. 

She chose a 390cc silicone gel implant that was placed under the muscle through an incision that was placed above her inframammary fold.  The procedure was done in an ambulatory surgery setting and she went home on the same day. 

Her recovery was quick and she resumed her regular activities in one week. 

She is seen in these post op photos three weeks after the procedure.

She loves her new look and loves the fact that she no longer has to wear a push up bra in order to achieve the upper fullness that she was lacking!
