Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 101

This is a 23 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts.  She said that she had difficulty filling out her clothes and wanted to increase her breasts'  fullness and projection.  She wanted to undergo a breast augmentation. 

After a detailed consultation discussing all of her concerns and answering all of her questions, we chose Allergan moderate profile smooth silicone implants.  They were placed beneath the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The incision placement at this site will hide the scar and the placement beneath the muscle will hide any implant rippling that might occur in the future.

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and her recovery was quick and easy.  She was back to her regular activities in one week.

She attained her goals easily and safely and loves her new look!
