Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 156

This is a 34 year old female who disliked the change in her breasts that occurred after multiple pregnancies.  Her breasts appeared deflated so she wanted to regain the fullness and projection that she had lost.  She thought that her breasts were sagging as well.

After a detailed discussion, it was decided that she should undergo a breast augmentation to attain her goals.   Because her nipples were located above her inframammary folds, a breast lift (mastopexy) was not needed.  Implants alone would provide a lift to the breast tissue and nipples.   In order to fill the deflated tissues, 492cc moderate profile silicone implants were used.  The were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision. 

She is seen here three months after the procedure.  She recovered quickly and loves her natural full appearance!
