Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 102

This 21 year old female wanted to improve the way she fit in her clothes as well as obtaining a more curvaceous look to her upper body.  She came to the office and after a thorough and detailed discussion, it was decided that she would obtain her goals best by using breast implants. 

A breast augmentation was performed using 420cc saline implants.  They were placed under the muscle using an  inframammary fold incision.  This incision gives the best access to form the pocket for implant placement and is also the best place to hide the scar.  This access yields the best results with the least potential for complications.

She underwent the procedure and was home recovering a few short hours later.  Her recovery was quick and easy and she returned to her usual activities in one week. 

She is seen in these post op photos approximately six weeks after the procedure.  She loves her results and the fact that she easily and safely attained her goals!
