Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 220

This is a 36 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts and to increase the size at the same time.  Pregnancies had led to a deflated breast because of the excess skin and loss of breast tissue.  She wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy state.

It was decided that breast implants would provide the best option to get her to her goals safely and easily.  During the consultation and with the help of 3D imaging, it was decided that 560cc silicone implants would be placed under the muscle using an inframammary incision.  The implants were round, smooth and moderate profile.

She underwent the breast augmentation without difficulties and was back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen in these post op photos 1year after the procedure.

She still loves her new refreshed appearance!
