Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 100

This is a 28 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  She also wanted fuller breasts so that she would be able to fill her clothing better and avoid padded bras.  After a thorough consultation with her she decided that breast enhancement surgery would provide her with the shape and look that she desired.

After discussing the differences between saline and silicone breast implants, it was decided that 397cc Allergan smooth silicone implants would be used and placed in a pocket beneath the muscle through an inframammary incision.

She recovered quickly from the short procedure and was back to her usual activities within one week.  She is seen in the post op photos three months after the procedure.

She is thrilled with her new look!
