Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 107

This is a 21 year old female who disliked the fact that she could not fit into her clothes as well as she would have liked.  She wanted more fullness and projection in her breasts and considered undergoing a breast augmentation in order to achieve this.

She came to the office for her consultation and it was decided that 420cc moderate profile saline implants would best achieve her goals easily and safely.  The implants were placed under the muscle and through an inframammary access incision.  The procedure took approximately 1 and 1/2 hours and she went home to recover on the same day.  Stitches were removed one week after the procedure and she was back to her regular activities at that time.  She is seen in the post op photos three weeks after the procedure!

She loves her new look and happily achieved her goals easily, safely and quickly!
