Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 63

This is a 29 year old female who wanted to improve the overall fullness and projection of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her bras and also not be a slave to padding. 

  After a detailed consultation detailing all of her options she chose to undergo a breast augmentation to attain her goals.

   We chose 325cc silicone gel implants and these were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.

   She is seen here six weeks after the procedure and loves her new look!  She is thrilled that her all of her goals were reached so easily!
