Tummy Tuck

This is a 34 year old female who, after multiple pregnancies, found herself with a large distorted abdomen. The skin and muscle layer had stretched out to the point that she continuously had to wear a compression garment to maintain a slim shape.  She wanted to get back to her pre op state of a flat firm abdomen.  She also wanted to improve her breasts as well and this made this procedure into a "Mommy Makeover".

She came to the office and it was decided that she would undergo a tummy tuck to improve her abdomen and a breast augmentation in order to regain fullness and projection in her breasts.  These were both done at the same time in order to reduce her recover time.  

The abdomen portion of the procedure included remove the excess skin below her belly button, tightening the muscle layer as much as possible and then advance the skin to tighten the excess skin that remained.  We were also able to remove the tattoo that she no longer wanted as well.

Her recovery went smoothly and she was back to her usual activities in just under two weeks.  She loves her new look!

The post op photos were taken approximately 6 months after the procedure.
