Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 111

This is a 59 year old woman who disliked the shape of her abdomen.  After multiple pregnancies along with the associated weight gain and weight loss, she was unable to return her abdomen to the pre pregnancy state.  She disliked the shape and excess skin that was present.  She came to the office to discuss her options for improvement and decided upon a tummy tuck.  While we discussed liposuction and CoolSculpting, neither would provide the flat stomach that she desired.

She underwent the procedure without difficulties and was back to her usual activities in 10 days.  She is seen in these post op photos approximately three months after the procedure.  The scars will continue to mature and lighten over time.
