Rejuvelift™ Before & After Case 144

This 73 years young woman wanted to turn back the clock and appear as youthful as she felt.  She thought that the sagging skin, jowls and bands in her neck made her appear older than she actually was.  After a thorough detailed consultation with her it was decided that she would undergo a Rejuvelift and fat transfer.  As we age, we lose volume in our face and the skin and underlying muscles sag.  The fat transfer is performed in order to replenish the lost volume.  It can be performed at the same time as the Rejuvelift so that we can " lift and fill" at the same time - addressing  both of the issues that make us appear older. 

The Rejuvelift is Dr. Cutolo's trademarked face-lifting procedure that can lift the jowls, tighten the neck muscles and remove the excess skin.  It is usually performed under local anesthesia in the office with valium.  The procedure usually takes 2- 2/12 hours and the patient can go home immediately afterwards - so there are none of the adverse aftereffects of general anesthesia!  The added fat transfer will add volume to the cheeks, address the smile lines and can actually improve the skin quality as a result of the stem cells that are present in the fat.
