Rejuvelift™ Before & After Case 197

This is a 68 year old female who thought that she appeared older than she actually felt.  She wanted to regain a more youthful appearance - more in keeping with her energy level and disposition.  She came to the office looking to improve her facial contour without looking like obvious surgery was performed. 

After a thorough consultation, a Rejuvelift was chosen as the procedure of choice.  It is Dr Cutolo's trademarked procedure to tighten the neck and elevate the jowls.  This gives a more youthful appearance to the lower third of the face.  It involves tightening the neck muscles, elevating the jowls so that they are postioned above the jawline.  The excess skin is then removed.  This is all done in the office under local anesthesia with mild sedation. The procedure usually takes 2 1/2 hours and recovery is approximately 7-10 days. 

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and is thrilled with her results.  She is seen in the post op photos approximately 2 months after the procedure.
