This is a 48 year old female who disliked the excess skin and jowling  that was developing in her neck.  She wanted to improve her profile so that she could reclaim the well defined jawline and neck that was present just a few years earlier.  

After discussing the options which include a face/neck lift and Necktite, she chose to undergo the latter.  She did not want downtime associated with a face/neck lift as well as the incisions around the ears.  Necktite is a minimally invasive procedure done in the office under local anesthesia. A small incision is made in the chin region and a probe is inserted that melts the fat that is present and shrinks the skin - essentially "shrink-wrapping" the skin.  Downtime is usually just a few days and the results continue to improve over time.  80 - 90% of the skin shrinkage happens during the first 6 months but further subtle improvements continue for up to one year.  

She is seen in the post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.  She loves the results and knows that the results will continue to improve over time.
