This is an 80-year-old female who disliked the excess skin that was present in her neck and was especially obvious in her profile.  She did not want aggressive surgery because she did not want the downtime associated with the procedure and did not want the scars as well.  She lives an especially lively lifestyle and could not afford the recovery time.
