Breast Reduction Before & After Case 195

This is a 42 year old female who wanted to reduce the size and weight of her breasts.  Because her breast tissue was so dense, they were heavy and were causing back and shoulder issues.  She also wanted to improve the shape of her breasts as well by lifting the nipples to a higher level and remove some of the excess skin.  During her consultation we discussed breast lifting options as well as a breast reduction, which includes removing skin and breast tissue.  The nipples would be lifted to a higher position as well. 

She decided to proceed and underwent the procedure as an ambulatory patient - she went home on the same day as the surgery.  Her post op course was easy and uneventful.

She is seen in the post op photos 3 months after the procedure. 

She has considerably reduced the weight on her back and shoulders and loves the new more youthful appearance of her breasts.
