Breast Lift Before & After Case 67

This is a 24 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  She wanted to obtain "perkier" breasts and also desired to reduce the areolar.  She prefered to avoid the use of implants.

  Because of the excess skin that was present and the fact that the nipple was located below the level of her inframammary fold, a breast lift (mastopexy) was the procedure of choice.  This procedure would reduce the amount of excess skin that was present while raising the nipple and breast tissue.  It would  reduce the size of her areolar as well.  If she wanted to further improve the fullness of her breasts, implants could be placed at a later date.

 She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and is seen here 6 weeks afterwards.  She loves her new "perkier" breasts and is happy that she was able to achieve the look of breast implants without the need to use them.
