Breast Lift Before & After Case 55

This is a 36  year old female who previously underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants.  She disliked the results and wanted the implants removed and nipples relocated to a higher position so that they would no longer be pointed downwards. 

After a thorough discussion of all of the options she decided to undergo a  breast lift (mastopexy) in Staten Island.  The implants were first deflated in the office in order to allow the skin to shrink. They were removed at the same time as the breast lift, approximately 6 weeks later. 

Her recovery was quick and easy...she returned to work in less than a week.  She loves her new look!
