Breast Lift Before & After Case 58

  This is a 48 year old female who no longer liked the shape of her breasts.  She said that pregnancies had left her with sagging breasts that appeared to have deflated over the years.  She wanted to increase the fullness in the upper parts of her breasts, raise her nipples and improve the overall shape. 

  After a careful discussion of her options, she decided upon a breast lift(mastopexy).  Part of the discussion concerned whether the lift would give her the upper fullness that she wanted to achieve.  Breast implants could be inserted at a later date to further increase the upper pole fullness...but the lift would be the first step toward her goals.

  She is seen here one month post operatively.   She returned to work approximately one week after surgery.  She is thrilled with the new shape of her breasts and still has the option of  adding implants at a later date  - should she desire even more fullness.
