This is a 25 year old female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts so that she would have better overall proportions.  She wanted to be able to fill her clothes without having to wear a padded bra.  She desired a breast augmentation in order to achieve her goals.

After a thorough consultation discussing all of her options, we decided to use 421cc smooth round moderate profile Natrelle Silicone implants.  They were placed beneath the muscle and an inframammary fold incision was used for access to this area.

She is seen here three months after the procedure and loves her results.  She achieved her goals easily and safely and was back to her regular activities within a week.
