Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 54

This 28 year old woman desired to improve the shape of her breasts - especially increasing the upper fullness.  She desired breast augmentation in order to achieve her goals.

 After a thorough consultation we discussed all options and ultimately chose 616cc smooth round silincone implants.  This would help her improve the upper fullness of her breasts as well as increasing her projection and overall shape.  An inframammary incision was used.
