Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 175

This is a 32 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  She wanted more fullness so that she could fill out her clothes better and wanted her breasts to be in better proportion with her body.  She came to the office to discuss her options which included a breast augmentation. 

After a detailed discussion which included 3D imaging, it was decided that accomplish her goals, 421cc silicone implants would be placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The implants are round, moderate profile, and have a smooth surface.

She is seen in these post op photos 3 months after the procedure.  She accomplished her goals easily and safely and loves her new look!
