Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 246

This is a 39 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts.  Over the years she lost upper pole fullness as well as projection.  She came to the office to discuss her options and a breast augmentation was chosen as her best option.

After 3D imaging it was decided to use 570cc Sientra moderate profile silicone implants.  They were placed behind the muscle through an incision under her breast.  Her recovery was quick and she was back to usual activities in one week.

She is seen in the post op photos 6 months after the procedure.  She loves her new look!
