Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 162

This is a 52 year old female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts so that her clothes would fit better.  She wanted to improve fullness and projection.  She desired a breast augmentation.  After a thorough discussion of her options, we decided upon 492cc smooth walled silicone implants to be placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary fold incision. 

She underwent the procedure with ease and was back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen in the post op photos one year after the procedure. 

She loves her results and easily and safely achieved her goals!
