Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 123

This is a 35 year old female who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts.  She thought that she had lost the fullness that had been present prior to her pregnancies.  She wanted to fill out her clothing better and wanted a more youthful look to her breasts.  She came to the office to discuss breast enhancement surgery. 

During the consultation, all of her options were discussed in detail..including the use of either saline or silicone implants.  After a thorough discussion and a few visits to the office to "try on" the implants, it was decided that 533cc silicone implants would give her the look and feel that she desired.

She is seen here 3 months after the procedure.  She went home on the same day and was back to her usual activities by the end of the first week. 

She loves her new look and the fact that she looked as she did in her pre pregnancy state!
