Liposuction Before & After Case 181

This is a 42 year old female who disliked the bulges on the outside of her legs.  She noticed that when she wore form fitting clothiing her leg silhouette was not as smooth as she would have liked.  She also said that her "saddle bag" region was diet resistant - even if she lost weight there was no change in that area.  She came to the office to she if she could improve that contour. She had previously tried CoolSculpting but it appeared that most appropriate handpiece for that region was not used which led to a less than desirable result.

After a thorough consultation which included CoolSculpting with the CoolSmooth applicator as an option, she decided to proceed with liposuction.  She wanted a more aggressive procedure to address the region.

Liposuction was performed  and her recovery was quick and easy.  She was back to her usual activities within one week. 

She is seen in these post op photos three weeks after the procedure.  She loves her results and it should be noted that there will be more improvements over the next few months as the skin continues to shrink.
