Liposuction Before & After Case 12

This is a 32-year-old female in good health who desired to improve the contour of her legs. The outer and inner thighs as well as the knees had areas of fullness that were diet resistant. The patient wanted to reduce these as well as to improve the overall circumference of her legs. Liposuction was performed on her entire leg but the saddlebag region, medial thighs and knees were specifically targeted. The tumescent technique was used under general anesthesia to provide the safest and most aggressive yet best-controlled result – a result that would not be obtainable from “laser” liposuction techniques. The patient was thrilled with the circumferential improvement that could not be obtained by diet alone or by “laser” liposuction procedures.
