Breast Reduction Before & After Case 82

This is a 57 year old female who disliked the shape and size of her breasts.  She wanted to make them slightly smaller, rounder and also wanted to bring her nipple up to where it was prior to pregnancies.  With weight gain/weight loss and/or pregnancies, breast skin stretches and the breasts start to sag.  The weight of the breasts add to this effect as well as back pain and shoulder grooving from a bra.

After a thorough consultation, she decided upon a breast reduction in order to attain her goals.

Her recovery was quick - she returned to work in approximately one week and is seen here in her post op photos at approximately two months after her procedure.  Her scars will continue to improve as they mature.  She loves her new shape and the improved fullness as well as the loss of weight in her breasts!
