Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 79

This is a 36-year-old female who wanted to regain the fullness in her breasts that she lost with pregnancies.  She was unable to fill out her clothes like was able to do prior to her pregnancies. Pregnancy leads to a loss of breast tissue volume and an increase in skin that never retracts to the pre-pregnancy state.  Breastfeeding can make this volume loss even greater.  A breast augmentation is the procedure to correct the issues.

After a thorough consultation, we decided upon 550cc smooth moderate profile saline implants.  They were placed behind the muscle using an inframammary incisional approach.

She is seen here two years after the procedure and is happy to have returned to her "pre-pregnant" breast size!
