This is a 25 year old female who wanted to improve the overall shape and fullness of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes with a fuller upper pole.  She also wanted more projection.  She came to the office to discuss her surgical options and a breast augmentation was the answer.  

   Sientra silicone implants with a moderate profile were chosen.  the 435cc gummy bear implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  She went home on the day of the surgery and her recovery was quick and easy.  She was back to her usual activities in one week. 

She is seen in the post op photos 3 months after the procedure.

She loves her new look and attained her goals easily and safely.
