Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 176

This is a 23 year old female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts in order to better fit into her clothing proportionately.  She wanted more fullness in the upper portion of the breast as well as increased projection.   She came to the office to discuss her options. 

After a thorough discussion which included 3D imaging, she decided to use 420cc round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants.  They were placed into a pocket beneath her chest muscle through and inframammary fold incision. 

She recovered quickly and was back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen in these post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.  She achieved all of her goals!
