Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 155

This is a 35 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts.  After multiple pregnancies, she realized that she lost the fullness that was present.  With pregnancies, there is a loss of volume and an excess of skin.  In many cases, the skin and fullness do not return to the "pre pregnant" state.  She came to the office to discuss her options.

After a detailed discussion, we decided that a breast augmentation would be the best procedure to improve the fullness and projection of her breasts - approaching the shape and projection of her pre pregnancy state.  Because of the excess skin, a larger implant was neede to fill out the breast.  575cc round moderate profile smooth silicone implants were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision.

She recovered quickly and was back to her usual activities in a week.  She is seen in these post op pictures 6 weeks after the procedure.
