Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 136

This is a 46 year old female who disliked the shape of her breasts.  She said that she lost fullness after pregnancies and wanted to regain some of the volume that was no longer present.  Pregnancies will lead to stretched skin that does not contract and a loss of volume of breast tissue.  This can be corrected quickly and easily by adding breast implants.  The increase in volume will lead to a more youthful appearing breast. 

  After a thorough discussion she decided to undergo a breast augmentation using 421cc smooth moderate profile implants.  The were placed below the muscle using an inframammary fold incision.

   She is seen in the post op photos approximately six weeks after the procedure.  She loves the fact that she no longer needs push up bras to make her chest appear fuller and is happy that she can fill out her clothes much more naturally.  Her recovery was smooth and easy and she was back to her usual activities within the week.
