Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 124

This is a 39 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts.  She said that she had trouble fitting into clothes because of the lack of proportion of her upper body to her lower body. She wanted to improve the fullness in all regions of her breast as well as the projection.

After a thorough consultation discussing all of the options with respect to a breast augmentation, she decided to proceed.

The procedure lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours and she went home the same day.  339cc moderate profile, smooth, and round silicone implants were placed in a pocket under the  muscle through an inframammary fold incision. She was back to work in a week and her recovery was smooth and easy.

She is seen in the post op photos about 6 weeks after the procedure.

She loves her new look and the fact that she can buy clothes much more easily than before because she fits into them perfectly!
