Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 113

This is a 39 year old female who wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts.  She noted that her breasts looked deflated after pregnancies.  She wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts - especially in the upper poles as well as to make them appear rounder. 

After a thorough consultation, she chose to undergo a breast augmentation.  A lift was not needed because her nipples were at the level of her breast folds.  Implants would provide a small lift because of the increase  in volume. 

533cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision.  She recovered quickly and was back to her usual activities in about one week.

She is seen in these post operative photos approximately three weeks after the procedure.  She loves her new look and accomplished all of her goals easily and safely!
