BodyTite Before & After Case 206

This is a 48 year old female who wanted to improve her abdomen.  She wanted more definition and wanted to reduce the fat and skin that was present.  While an abdominoplasty would provide the most dramatic result, the patient did not want the scars or the downtime associated with that procedure.  Her pre op state was such that a tummy tuck would give her slight improvement but would be associated with significant downtime.  The other option for her was Bodytite - a much less invasive procedure that could be done in the office under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. It is a much better alternative to liposuction because Bodytite will directly shrink the skin with radiofrequency - liposuction will not.   

Bodytite is an excellent alternative for those patients whom an abdominoplasty might be a more involved procedure than is necessary for improvement.  These issues are discussed during the consultation. 

  She underwent the procedure without difficulties and loves her results.  She is seen in the post op photos 2 months after the procedure.  Her results will continue to improve - the skin continues to shrink for six months.
