Rejuvelift™ Before & After Case 48

This is a 61 year old female who desired to return to a more youthful look - she wanted to reduce the jowls and tighten her neck!  She also thought that she was losing volume in her cheeks as well and this was contributing to the appearance that she disliked. 

  After a careful evaluation, it was decided that she would undergo a Rejuvelift with fat transfer.  The Rejuvelift (Dr. Cutolo's trademarked facelifting procedure) would improve the sagging jowls and help tighten her neck.  The fat transfer would restore the lost volume to her cheeks as well as improve the nasolabial folds and marionette lines.  While this can be done in most cases in the office under local anesthesia, she chose to have the procedure done in the hospital.

  Her Rejuvelift with fat transfer took about 2 and one half hours to complete and she was sent home on the same day.  Her recovery was quick and she is seen here only two weeks after the procedure!!
