Rejuvelift™ Before & After Case 184

This is a 53 year old female who thought that she looked tired.  She started to see sagging skin in her neck and noticed that her jowls were becoming obvious.  She also was unhappy with the excess skin that was developing in her upper eyelids and the fullness in her outer eyebrow.  She also thought that her cheeks no longer had the fullness that was present a few years ago.  All of these issues were contributing to her "tired" look and she wanted to address them in one operative setting. 

We discussed her options and were able to address the issues with multiple procedures.  The most drastic improvement was obtained by performing a Rejuvelift.  This raised her jowls, tightened her neck and removed any excess sagging skin that was present in her neck and cheeks.   Her upper eyes and brow were addressed by performing an Endotine Brow Lift.  This included removing the excess skin in her upper eyelids and placing a small dissolvable clip to elevate the outer aspect of her brow.  The deflation that was present in her cheeks was then addressed with fat transfer. Fat was removed from her belly, processed with a centrifuge, and then injected into the cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines.  Fat transfer is the perfect adjunct to the Rejuvelift. As people age, there is a loss of volume in the cheeks that contributes to the formation of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines as well as a deflated look.  Fat injected into these areas at the same time as the Rejuvelift will correct that part of the aging process. 

The patient is seen here in the post-op photos at approximately 4 weeks after the procedure.  All of these components of the procedure were done in the office at the same time under local anesthesia.
