Rejuvelift™ Before & After Case 135

This is a 58-year-old female who was not happy with the recently noticed presence of jowls and excess skin in her cheeks and neck.  She wanted to obtain an natural and refreshed look with a minimum amount of "downtime" from her busy schedule.  She needed to be able to return to work within a two week period of time. 

After a thorough discussion with her about her options she decided to undergo Dr. Cutolo's trademarked procedure - "The Rejuvelift".  This procedure will elevate the jowls, tighten her neck muscles and remove any excess skin that is present.  Because aging also involves a loss of volume in the cheek region, it was also decided to address this at the same time by undergoing fat transfer.  These two procedures together will "lift and fill" at the same time- addressing both aging issues that occur in everyone's face as we grow older.  Adding fat transfer to a face lifting procedure will help "turn back the hands of time".

She underwent the procedure in the office under local anesthesia with mild oral sedation, and was home resting a few hours later. 

She returned to work within the two week target time and is seen here in the post op photos 4 months after the procedure was done.
