This is a 64 year old woman who disliked the way she was aging.  She recently noted that jowls were developing and that the loose skin in her neck was making her appear older than she felt.  She came to our Staten Island office to see what options were best to give her a maximal improvement with little "downtime".  After a thorough discussion about fillers and non surgical skin tightening options, she chose to undergo Dr. Cutolo's trademarked procedure the Rejuvelift.  This innovative a facelift procedure is usually done under local anesthesia with minimal oral sedation in the office.  It addresses the lower third of the face which is the areas that are generally most bothersome to people as they age.  The procedure elevates the jowls, tightens the loose neck muscles and then removes the excess skin.  Since there is no general anesthesia, the patient can go home immediately after the procedure and recovery is much more gentle.
