This is a 60 year old woman who felt that her youthful demeanor and personality did not match her outer appearance.  She was developing jowls and excess skin in her neck and she thought that this was detracting from a youthful appearance.  She came to the office for a consultation about improving herself and she did not want any of the "tell tale" signs of having had surgery.  She wanted a refreshed look.
