This is a 43-year-old female who noted a decrease in volume in her breasts after pregnancy. She desired more fullness and projection and wanted to approximate her pre pregnancy state. 475cc silicone moderate profile gel filled implants were implanted via an inframammary incision and were placed under the muscle. The patient approximated her pre pregnancy breast volume and projection and loved the results.
