This is a 25-year-old female who had not yet been pregnant prior to desiring to improve the appearance of her breasts. She desired more fullness and projection. 304cc silicone gel filled implants were implanted via an inframammary incision and were placed under the muscle. The patient was extremely happy with the improvement in fullness and projection.
